From a time management perspective, the training format you offer, with intensive sessions over the phone and follow-up assignments and e-mail exchanges in between, is very efficient compared to 'losing' a colleague's output for several days while they travel to and from a conference. In the same vein, the relationship provides cost-effective training, including for example the complementary (and complimentary) offerings through the teleforums on specific topics and access to your extensive business and university network.

My weekly phone sessions with John Jenkins, and the other services provided by YourCoachingEdge, have helped tremendously in my position as an Intellectual Property Associate in a small tech transfer office. The conference call yesterday made me think about the setting (and communicating) of priorities.
